I wrote this Found Poem (a poem where you find words and phrases out of a book)
The book is "All Quiet On The Western Front" which is about WW1
Naturally a Lost Generation
We are at a loss,
a cobbler by trade,
we are but an interruption,
we can do nothing about it.
We are at a generation,
in which suspicious, pitiless,
vicious, tough
in a world made of a storm.
We are not youth any longer,
the war has ruined us for everything,
from our life,
we fly away, like the butterflies as they,
cross the dead cold ground.
We are at a time,
with beliefs ruined,
time wasted,
and i run, i live.
